The stay included a remarkable encounter with the Bell Captain Rich who offered next-level hospitality that made us feel valued. The city view from our Deluxe Room was stunning and added a lovely touch to our experience.

There was confusion with valet parking that should have been managed better.

the omni has a very inviting lobby and bar area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. it's conveniently located near rebirth restaurant, which is a must-try. The staff was super accommodating. we appreciated the upgrade that added a nice touch to our stay!

The risotto I had was off the charts—creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, giving me all the New Orleans vibes! Plus, the staff was super friendly, always ready to help with a sunny attitude, making my stay even better. And don't get me started on the location—right in the heart of it all, yet tucked away enough for some peace.

I did find the lack of water bottles in the room a bit cheeky, especially after the first night. Hauling my luggage solo late at night wasn't ideal, but the charm of the city kept me smiling.

I stayed here for 2 nights with friends. The room was comfy with a nice view, but def showed some wear. The staff were super friendly, especially Tim in the restaurant, who really made us feel welcome. The breakfast options were a letdown, just stale pastries and mini cereal boxes. Not great, but overall a decent experience.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved walking back from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and grabbing dinner at one of the nearby local spots. The friendly staff really made a difference, especially when they helped us navigate to nearby attractions, which were perfect for my family's needs.

However, I faced a few issues during my stay. The noise levels were disruptive, especially from the hallways and elevators. Despite these inconveniences, the warm atmosphere and handy location kept me engaged throughout my visit.
